Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the service will be charged in full (100%) and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the service start time and is allowed once, free of charge.
